PTT Centers

With 685 online centers located throughout Turkey , PTT Centers provide customer service and act as branch locations for Bank Asya customers.

In cities and districts where there are no Bank Asya branches, online PTT centers enable our customers to make credit card payments with no additional fee, deposit funds to their accounts, or deposits funds to Bank Asya accounts that belong to others.

Transactions That Can Be Conducted At Online PTT Centers

Credit card payments

Bank Asya credit card holders can now make payments at online PTT centers at no additional charge. By completing the proper form with the required information (credit card number and payment amount) and giving it to an authorized representative your transaction will be completed in a fast and efficient manner. The same form is required for payments to any additional cards that are linked to your account. In this case, please write the card number of the supplementary card on the form. Payments will show up on your statement on the same day.

It is not necessary to present your card at the time of payment. Any individual can make payment as long as they have the credit card number. However, for third parties, a tax identification number is required.

Depositing funds to your account

Online PTT Centers accept deposits to current accounts or participation accounts held at Bank Asya. It is possible to fund your own account or someone else's account assuming you have the account information.

To deposit funds, depositors must fill out the corresponding form with the required information. Please ask for this form and write either the account number or the ASYA24 ATM card number as well as the amount you would like to deposit.

If you choose to write the ASYA24 ATM card number, please note that the funds will be deposited to the primary current account linked to the ASYA24 ATM card. For participation accounts, funds can only be deposited upon the expiration of the participation account's term. Online PTT Centers will provide customers with a statement of activity for their transaction.

Assuming that the information provided (card number, account number, etc.) is correct and the transaction can go forward:

• Transactions conducted by 12 noon will show up by 2:30 pm on the same day.
• Transactions conducted after 12 noon will show up by 7:00 pm on the same day.

In case of check payments or similar transactions where time is of special importance, PTT Centers will especially consider the time when realizing the transactions.
